Payment Policy – Billing Terms and Conditions
At Luis Dev Studio, we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to payments. Below are our payment terms for all Shopify development and customization services.
1. Payment Terms
For most projects, we require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
For smaller tasks or hourly work, full payment may be requested upfront.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- PayPal
- Bank Transfers (for larger projects)
3. Invoices
You will receive a clear invoice outlining the scope of work and total cost.
All invoices are due within 7 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Late Payments
A 5% late fee may apply to payments not received within the due date.
Continued non-payment may result in paused or canceled services.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
If the project is canceled before work has started, a full refund may be provided.
If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
No refunds are given after a project has been completed and delivered.
6. Ownership
Final deliverables and code belong to the client after the full payment is received.
Until full payment is made, all work remains the property of [Your Company Name].
