Delays caused by a lack of feedback, content, or access from the client side may extend the timeline.

4. Revisions

Minor revisions are typically included. Additional or out-of-scope changes may result in extra fees.

5. Ownership & Rights

Once full payment is received, you own the completed work.

We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide required access, content, and feedback on time
• Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe
• Respect our process and communication guidelines

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any loss of data, profits, or business due to errors or downtime after delivery
• Issues caused by third-party apps, themes, or services
• Unauthorized access or misuse of your Shopify account

8. Cancellations

You may cancel a project at any time.

If work has already started, partial payment may be retained to cover time spent.
