Project Policy – How We Manage Shopify Projects
At Luis Dev Studio, we value transparency, communication, and efficiency. This Project Policy outlines how we work to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration.
1. Project Scope
All projects begin with a clear scope, timeline, and price agreed upon by both parties.
Any additional features or major changes after the project starts may result in extra charges and extended timelines.
2. Communication
We primarily communicate via email and scheduled video calls.
We aim to respond to all messages within 1 business day.
3. Timeline
Timelines depend on project complexity. We’ll provide an estimated completion date and keep you updated throughout.
Delays in receiving content, feedback, or approvals from your side may affect the timeline.
4. Revisions
Most projects include 1–2 rounds of revisions after delivery.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
To keep the project moving smoothly, we may need:
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Access to your Shopify store (when applicable)
- Content, images, or assets (if required)
6. Delivery
Final files, access, or handover instructions will be shared after full payment is received.
We’ll also guide you through the final setup if needed.
7. Support
We provide limited post-launch support (usually 7–14 days) to fix any bugs or issues.
Ongoing support or future updates can be arranged under a maintenance plan or hourly rate.
